In the beginning of the academic year we decided to hold a session to introduce the campus and the students activities to the university freshmen.
The student affairs of the engineering faculty was responsible for this event, and ACM student chapter had a booth which showed videos and distributed leaflets for introducing ACM and the student chapter activities.
The student affairs had some programs for introducing the faculty at the Chamran amphitheater. Then in Rajab Beigi amphitheater the people from the electrical and engineering faculty came together. At first Prof. Moradi and Prof. Hashemi had speeches. And then Mr. Hamed Zamani introduced the ACM student chapter and its activities and Mr. Latifi and Mr. Hariri talked about the IEEE and biology student chapters.
