One of the most common concerns of students after finishing BS, is deciding about their academic future. There are three possible choices to choose for future: ending academia and joining to industry and companies, pursuing MS inside the country, and applying for MS in a foreign country.
The main intention of this conference is presenting pros and cons of applying to foreign universities, explaining the procedure of getting an admission, and answering to the questions of the participants.
216 students from different universities registered in this conference. The first speech of the conference was about investigating educational opportunities in US, Canada, and Europe. In the applying process, we do not usually confront with a unique procedure. Thus, similarities and differences were explained by the speakers. The focus of the second part of the conference was standardised tests of English language such as TOEFL, IELTS, and GRE. In the next part of the conference, some tips about writing a proper resume/CV and a Statement of Purpose were given. After that, speakers talked about common issues related to Passport, Visa, and conscription. The conference was finished by a public question-answer session.
